That's right men and women! We are a professional fraternity and value diversity in the workplace and in our own organization. In 1976 the Grand Chapter Congress (comprised of all collegiate and alumni chapters) voted to welcome women into Delta Sigma Pi. Since then our women members have contributed significantly to the growth and prosperity of our organization. In August of 2001 our first woman Grand President was elected, Brother Kathleen M. "Kathy" Jahnke.

Why Join Delta Sigma Pi?

If you were to ask any brother of Deltasig why they pledged you would get a plethora of answers.

  - share common interests with other business majors

  - experience the special bond with others in a fraternity

  - social fraternity wasn't for me

  - expand professional knowledge and skills

  - make my college experience memorable

Everyone has more than just one reason for pledging Deltasig and the above is a very short list. But if any of the above statements matches with your own then maybe Delta Sigma Pi is for you.

How can Delta Sigma Pi benefit me?

The number one aspect Delta Sigma Pi can offer you is opportunity. An opportunity to experience new and exciting challenges and working together as a team.

Additional benefits of membership:

  - expanding on professional skills though resume

workshops, activity planning, interviewing skills, interpersonal skills

  - academic assistance from other members

  - greater exposure to campus activities. Many of our members participate in campus activities such as Associated

  Students, University Orientation, University Ambassadors,

and various campus clubs and organizations

-applying classroom knowledge into real life situations

-networking with collegiates, alumni and faculty initiates.

But, there’s more to our college life than building new proficiencies. Our first most responsibility as students is to our academic responsibilities. In addition, Delta Sigma Pi offers its members a balance between their professional and social life. Deltasig is a fraternity, but a professional one; fraternity means brotherhood and the ability to experience something similar to a second family.

The Pledge Class successfully complete the Pledging Program.

Now it's YOUR time to Join.
